Are you dedicated to delivering great customer service and providing a cleaning service to residents? If so, you may be interested in the following vacancies for a static cleaners (working title – Estate Care Operative (Static)) based at our Dawson Heights site in London (SE22 0PY) on a full time, permanent basis. 

Working within the Estate Care team, the Estate Care Operative (static) will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service whilst putting the needs of our customers first.

Job Description

You will work Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week (normally 0800 – 1600 daily). You will be working as part of a team but expected to complete some tasks on your own.

You will complete a variety of tasks and be motivated to work on your own without supervision. You will ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to in order to provide a safe environment for our customers. Day to day tasks will include cleaning communal areas and corridors, completing adhoc cleaning tasks. You will work alongside an Estate Care team comprising of other Estate Care Operatives, Gardeners and Bulk Waste Operatives.

Your work will be varied and sociable.

What we need from you

  • Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential as training will be provided
  • Flexibility to work across various locations
  • Able to work independently
  • Positive, friendly attitude
  • It would also be advantageous to basic competency using IT software as you will be expected to respond to emails and complete online training.
