The role

Working as part of Estate Care team, you’ll be responsible for the cleaning of the communal areas of our properties to make sure they’re maintained, sanitised and well-presented, therefore keeping our customers safe and happy! This’ll involve general cleaning, deep cleaning, litter picks and reporting any faults or defects (such as broken lighting, faulty fire doors etc) for repair.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 per hours per week, Monday to Friday (typically 8am-4pm).

*Official title ‘Estate Care Operative’.

The location

This role is mobile, so you’ll be travelling throughout the area in a company van - please only apply only if you have a full, manual, current (and preferably clean) driving licence! You will be based in a patch covering the Worthing, Sussex and Surrey areas.

  • It’d be great if you had experience in a similar role, though training will be provided if you don’t!
  • Able to work independently
  • Knowledge of manual handling is preferred
  • Positive, friendly attitude
  • A clean, full driving licence
  • Flexibility to work across a number of locations
