The role

As the Estate Care Manager- Gardening, you’ll oversee a team to deliver high quality, customer focused Estate Care Services.

You will manage teams in Surrey and South/West London and support the delivery of grounds maintenance services to high standards. You will ensure the team remain compliant with H&S requirements, monitor and report on performance and ensure staff are motivated to achieve their best.

This is full time, permanent role, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day.

The location

You’ll be covering the areas of Surrey and South London. However, we offer the flexibility for agile working to allow you to work from home and so we’ll provide you with the necessary mobile working equipment.

  • Have proven management capability and an understanding of this role
  • Be able to supervise staff and ensure duties are carried out to a high standard
  • Drive customer service excellence
  • Understand COSHH and H&S regulations
  • Hold a clean, full driving licence
  • Be a confident leader, able to motivate staff
