The role

As the Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for working with your colleagues to deliver excellent responsive repairs. Your day will consist of liaising with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service; updating systems accurately and quickly; analysing data and supporting agile colleagues.

This is a full- time, permanent role. The 35 hours per week will be worked Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day.

The location

You’ll be based at our modern, vibrant office in the heart of the historic Horsham town; being a convenient location which is close to a selection of shops, bars and restaurants and just a 5 minute walk from the train station (we also have limited on-site parking plus public car parks close by).

The ideal candidate will have

  • Background within a similar role
  • Experience in providing effective customer care
  • Managing a busy workload and coordinating tasks
  • A great communicator able to deal with customer feedback and complaints
  • A team player
  • Able to work flexibly to the demands of the business
