We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator to join Stannah Homelifts, based at our Andover site.

This job will involve overseeing procurement operations, managing purchase orders, demand planning, and inventory control to ensure the timely availability of materials.

As the Purchasing Administrator, you will work Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:45, Friday 08:00 to 13:00. This job is a permanent contract.

Purchasing Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Raise accurate purchase orders and track them through delivery and payment.

  • Manage invoice disputes in collaboration with Finance and vendors.

  • Maintain the approved supplier register and measure supplier performance.

  • Monitor demand signals and adjust purchase plans accordingly.

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects to improve supply chain efficiency.

Purchasing Administrator Requirements:

  • Previous experience in procurement, demand planning, or similar roles.

  • Knowledge of vendor management and inventory control.

  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel or BI tools.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
