Who We Are Seeking

We are looking for a highly professional, technically minded and customer-focused Technical Sales to support Sunseeker’s global dealer and client network.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a solid understanding of yacht manufacturing, and be confident communicating with clients, dealers and internal teams.

A Day in the Life

As a Technical Sales at Sunseeker, you will play a vital coordination role throughout the yacht build journey.

Your day could involve reviewing and validating client specifications, preparing polished presentation packs, joining build or technical review meetings, and liaising with stakeholders around the world.

You’ll monitor progress of multiple yacht builds, host factory visits, and keep dealers informed with structured updates—ensuring every client receives a seamless, professional and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, coordinate and manage dealer and client specifications for assigned yacht models.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients, dealers and internal Sunseeker departments.
  • Attend specification reviews, internal meetings and project discussions to share updates and progress.
  • Produce high‑quality electronic sales presentations and technical materials.
  • Monitor yacht build status and provide structured progress reports.
  • Contribute client and dealer feedback to support product innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Host and support factory visits, ensuring an exceptional brand experience.
  • Support dealer network performance and communication across global markets.
  • Represent Sunseeker at international boat shows, client meetings and dealer events.

To Be Considered for This Job You Should

  • Have proven marine industry experience with a strong understanding of yacht manufacturing.
  • Demonstrate solid technical knowledge of boatbuilding methods, materials and construction techniques.
  • Have experience using SAP or similar systems.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be confident presenting to clients with strong professionalism.
  • Be highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Be adaptable, flexible and comfortable with shifting priorities.
  • Have background in technical sales, project coordination or a customer-facing technical role (desirable).
  • Have experience supporting international clients or dealer networks (desirable).
  • Understand luxury goods or high-value product sales environments (desirable).
  • Have knowledge of marine regulations or compliance frameworks (desirable).
