Job Description
About Sunseeker International
Sunseeker was founded on a bold vision: to create a new kind of yacht and redefine what was possible on the water. From our earliest designs in 1967, we’ve pushed boundaries and reshaped the motor yacht industry through innovation, craftsmanship and relentless ambition.
At the heart of every Sunseeker lies a legacy of expert hands and meticulous attention to detail, skills refined and passed down through generations. These are the qualities that set our yachts apart - and the qualities that continue to drive our craft today.
In a world increasingly defined by automation, we remain committed to building hand‑crafted, hand‑finished boats. With over 1,800 talented team members across our busy shipyards - from long‑serving specialists to more than 180 apprentices - our Sunseeker workforce reflects the strength, diversity and pride of our local community. It’s this blend of heritage, skill and passion that makes our shipyards unlike any other place in the world.
Who We Are Seeking

You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Production to diagnose issues, clarify requirements and deliver effective solutions.
You’ll work hands-on with user access and role configuration, liaise with third-party support partners to resolve more complex issues, and contribute to testing and quality assurance for system enhancements and upgrades. Throughout the day, you’ll also analyse trends in support calls, looking for opportunities to improve processes, reduce recurring issues and enhance the overall user experience.

- Participating in unit, integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and upgrades
- Creating and maintaining high-quality system and support documentation
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver effective support outcomes
- Identifying opportunities for training and process optimisation to reduce future support demand
- Supporting the management of third-party vendor performance and associated costs
To Be Considered for This Role You Should Have

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- A customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
- Please note that this position is required to be on-site 5 days per week - unfortunately, there is no hybrid or remote working option available for this role, as the successful candidate will need to work closely with the wider team and support day-to-day operations on site.
