•Matrix management of the project teams.
•Reporting project performance to the relevant Programme Manager, highlighting and managing all risks & issues and their mitigations throughout the project life cycle.
•Ensuring Project Managers ensure production of standard project documentation and storage on Oracle UCM.

•Completing periodic contract reviews.
•QEHS are engaged on projects at the right times taking a proactive approach in managing quality standards and the prevention of Health and Safety Issues.
•Senior customer liaison and stakeholder management as and where required.
•Supplier and Subcontractor Management at a senior level.
•Acting as key stakeholder in managing business change.
•Liaising with all relevant senior managers.
•Ensuring strict financial control of projects are maintained providing project financial status reports during the review periods and promoting the use of ORACLE functionality.
•Project Close Out including final accounts process and project archiving.
