Role Profile: 
Operating from the Crawley service centre and reporting to the Contract Manager; Telent are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join their team in Crawley. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Team in coordination of projects within the traffic business, ensuring successful delivery and that all customers continue see telent, as a business of excellence and one they wish to continue to work with..

Typical Deliverables:
•Supporting Project Team to ensure that projects or bids are delivered on time, within budget and to the customer’s satisfaction.
•Supporting the Project Manager in planning / scheduling & coordination of the project ensuring all documentation is correctly maintained in Oracle UCM.
•Assisting, as required, in the change control process, the project procurement process and the financial management of projects.
•Assisting in the Quality and Health & Safety for all projects.
•Assisting in the preparation and management of project support documentation and site management, including materials lists(BOM), site team logs and booking staff in/out of sites.
•Assisting in preparation of project performance information to the relevant Project Manager, highlighting and managing all risks & issues and their mitigations throughout the project life
•Assisting in ensuring projects are properly launched with the right stakeholders into the business.
•Providing support within the project management team to enable successful delivery of the project.
•Providing customer liaison and stakeholder management as and where required.
•Secures and manages the necessary resources both internal and external
•Ensures contractual obligations are met with regards to client specifications, quality and timescales
•Liaises with the Contract Manager with regards to programme timescales, resource and potential defects
•Liaises with the Contract Manager regarding the high level Project Plan, resources and costs
 Business Operations Skills – Experience:
Will be able to demonstrate a highly professional manner when dealing with clients/customers
Experience of General Office processes & procedures
Needs to work as part of a team
Ability to react to changing circumstances and work under pressure
