Role Profile:

 

Reporting to and tasked by the Head of Direct Labour, you will have responsibility for ensuring that all admin activities are undertaken in line with the timetables provided.

 

These will include activities such as Job Pack Processing, traffic management, payroll, interfacing with internal departments, Dashboard / KPI Reporting and ensuring Operational IT Workflow compliance, all of which you will require to build strong relationships with your counterparts and ensure that deadline are always met.

 

Typical Deliverables:

 

  • Ensuring all Job Packs are Compliant for Supporting Docs before issue to the Client.
  • Interface with Central PMO team & Local Agents on the allocation or work to Teams
  • Liaising with Local Authorities for Road Closures / Suspensions (TTRO)
  • Liaising with Survey / Build teams on the requirements for Traffic Management.
  • Liaising with Procurement through ‘Oracle’ on Order / Spend Requests
  • Payroll & Timesheet Compliance of all operatives
  • Office Admin including Telephone & General Office Paperwork
  • Liaising with Central Teams on the Workflow status of Jobs (Including ‘Engineer Complete Status’)
  • Assessing Operatives on Connect /Connect Mobile & SOLO Compliance
  • Maintaining Operative records on Training & Accreditation Database
  • Interface with Central functions
  • Fuel Cards Management
  • Expenses Management
  • Periodic travelling to Direct Labour depots for briefings / meetings.

 

Business Operations Skills – Experience:

 

  • Previous experience of working in depot / office environment preferably on Telecoms / Utility Works

 

Business Operations Skills – Qualifications:

 

  • Experience of SOLO / Connect / CT Mobile / TAD preferred but full training given
  • Microsoft Windows Packages
  • Full UK driving licence
