The Role

You will handle inbound calls, providing best in class service and technical support on a range of products. Every call is different, every caller is different, yet our delivery standards remain the same, with very high regards for quality and customer satisfaction.

You will bring your personality to every call, adapting your style to reflect your customer, ensuring a unique experience from the get go. Your calls could be a straight forward simple query, or slightly more complex, requiring a step by step walk through approach with your customer, therefore patience, knowledge and innovation is essential.

With active listening, and effective questioning skills, you will trouble shoot, establish root cause, and provide a first time resolution of every call.

To provide such support, we are seeking technically minded, PC literate, articulate individuals with proven customer service experience.

Comprehensive training is provided for this position, not just at the start of your role but ongoing throughout your career. We want you to progress to a senior advisor within the first 12 months of your role, and we will help to achieve this.
