Reward and HR Operations Manager

The Reward and HR Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring competitive reward and benefits to enable attraction and retention of high quality staff, while providing efficient HR processes and high standards of governance. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing reward, pensions and benefits in a complex commercial organisation, with proven ability of aligning reward practices with business needs. They will be able to demonstrate effective team management skills, along with the ability to engage and build strong positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
