Due to continued growth and new PCN partnerships, we are inviting Pharmacy Technicians to join our talent pool for future opportunities across the UK. By joining our talent pool, you will be considered for full-time or part-time roles as they become available, with opportunities to work remotely, onsite or in hybrid models, depending on service requirements.

About the Opportunity

As part of our Pharmacy Technician talent pool, you may be considered for roles supporting GP practices and PCNs with medicines optimisation, prescribing processes and patient care. You will work closely with Clinical Pharmacists, GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team, supported by our experienced Senior Clinical Team.

Roles typically align with GP core opening hours and offer flexibility alongside structured clinical support and development.

Typical Responsibilities May Include

  • Supporting medicines optimisation and safe prescribing within primary care
  • Processing and managing prescription requests and medication queries
  • Medicines reconciliation following hospital discharge
  • Supporting repeat prescribing systems and workflows
  • Responding to patient and practice medication-related enquiries
  • Supporting audits, quality improvement and service development activity
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with practice policy
  • Working collaboratively with pharmacists, GPs and practice staff
  • Supporting QOF, CQC and local incentive scheme requirements

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for our Pharmacy Technician talent pool, you should have:

  • GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician
  • Experience working in general practice, primary care or community pharmacy (primary care experience desirable)
  • Knowledge of medicines management and repeat prescribing processes
  • Experience using EMIS or SystmOne (desirable)
  • Reliable internet/Wi-Fi during working hours for remote roles
  • Willingness to undertake further training and development as required
