Role Overview:

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Net Zero Engagement Co-ordinator to join our Environmental Sustainability team at Hudson Quay.  At Thirteen, we’re committed to reducing our environmental impacts, our ‘take control’ campaign sets out our priorities to make Thirteen a greener organisation, with all colleagues having a part to play by taking responsibility of their impacts.

This is a roam role, so you’ll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will support the Environmental Sustainability Team to effectively deliver our new decarbonisation net zero approach, forming a key link between all stakeholders across Thirteen.
• You will have a good understanding of the PAS 2035 process and Energy Efficiency, including utility services.

• Throughout the delivery of the net zero measures, you will be working with the customers to understand their experience before, during and after the investment is completed.
• You will monitor and devise IOT measurements to produce reports, shaping future investment strategies to achieve Thirteens Net Zero agenda.

About You:

• You’ll be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with customer complaints and of building effective relationships with customers.
• You will have a good understanding of the Net Zero Agenda and low carbon technologies.
• You'll be confident in delivering data-led reports and presentations.

• You will have a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
