Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Work Planner to join our Repairs team on a part time basis working 22 hours per week for a 12 month period.

This is a hybrid role, so you’ll be expected to work from our fantastic head office at Hudson Quay at least twice a week as well as remotely from home. This may vary, dependent on business and team need.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of a large team of Work Planners, you’ll work in a pod of three to schedule and plan work for your group of trade operatives
Make best use of resources to maximise productivity and performance
Contribute to reviewing and developing procedures that will enhance our customers’ experience
Liaise with a variety of teams across Thirteen to ensure our service runs smoothly
Complete a range of administrative and data input duties to ensure that information is up to date for monitoring and reporting
About You:
Great customer service and a positive attitude!
Confident using a variety of IT systems.
Ability to multitask and adapt priorities throughout your day.
Proven ability to analyse and solve problems.
You should be comfortable with change and happy to work with different systems and data sets.
