Our Residential Property experts are looking for a Solicitor (NQ+) to join the team in our Bath office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has existing Private Property experience, is ambitious, dynamic and happy to get stuck in to help support a fast-paced growing Practice.

Working with the wider team your role will be to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, such as; freehold and leasehold sales, purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity and new build matters, from initial instruction through to completion.  You will need to demonstrate that you’re able to multitask, are adept in communicating with your clients and colleagues and able to deliver a first-class service that our team are renowned for providing.  Ideally you will have experience post qualification in residential property matters to really be able to hit the ground running.  With a track record of recognising and developing talent, for the right individual your opportunities are endless.

By joining Thrings you’re joining an ever-growing Firm; we have experts who serve clients in a variety of industries and Practice in many different areas of Law.  With a new world of working flexibly you can expect that you will be able to work between home and the office, meeting with colleagues across the Firm virtually and in person to ensure clients always receive the best level of service from Thrings.

We’re working in a hybrid way and envisage that will continue; ideally you will be based in one of our South West offices (working from home several days a week if requested) and will, from time-to-time, need to travel to other offices.  We’d like someone who is able to work full time hours due to the nature of this role.  In return, you can expect a variety of benefits that can be tailored to you and your personal circumstances; these include Private Medical cover, Health checks, Dental Insurance, Travel Insurance and much more.
