Thrings is a vibrant expanding law firm with a diverse client base offering excellent career prospects to talented and driven individuals. We operate in offices in Bristol, Bath, London, Swindon and Romsey, serving clients within the UK, but increasingly with an international presence.
We’re a client focussed firm who has award winning lawyers working for us. We’re noted by Chambers & Partners for the relationships we’ve built with our clients, and the increasing presence we’re building in the markets and clients we serve. We provide a range of services to different clients in areas such as Agriculture, Private Client, Corporate & Commercial and Commercial Property and are noted for having specialists that practice in each of these areas. We work across offices, with different practice areas to best serve the needs of our clients.
Thrings is looking for an established Marketing Manager who has experience of the whole marketing mix to join the team in Bristol. From day one you will work closely with the Director of Marketing to define, drive and deliver the marketing strategy, ensuring that the Thrings brand is developed and the profile of the Firm raised. You will have oversight of the day-to-day running of all marketing streams with line management of two marketing executives to help you in the execution of the strategy.
To be our next Marketing Manager you’ll need to clearly demonstrate that you’ve got experience of:
- Managing an array of marketing projects such as website upgrades, brand development, targeted campaigns
- ROI analysis – to help us understand what is working – from events or marketing campaigns
- Identification of digital trends – including competitor analysis
- Leading on website development – improving the user experience
- Managing budgets – you’ll be responsible for the team budget and signing off on expenditure
- Management of CRM systems – to ensure we maximise our networks
There are some great opportunities to get involved in elevating Thrings’ presence in the market place, with a supportive team of talented people to ensure you achieve the plan in place. Ideally you will have experience of working as a Marketing Manager within a law firm or within a Professional Services environment and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills. Key to this will be your ability to deliver appropriately targeted, relevant content in the form of multi-channel campaigns. With experience of managing and developing a team, you will be able to effectively plan and budget. If you’re someone who is happy to challenge the norm, to think creatively and to negotiate and work with suppliers in our network to achieve the desired result then we’re keen to hear from you.
In return there is a great package on offer, which can be tailored to fit your personal circumstances, with extensive benefits we offer options that can be extended to you and your family. You’ll get the opportunity to have Private Medical Insurance, to buy or sell holiday, a cash plan that means you can claim for smaller out of pocket expenses related to medical treatment amongst other things.
