Thrings is looking for an established Marketing Manager who has experience of the whole marketing mix to join the team in Bristol.  From day one you will work closely with the Director of Marketing to define, drive and deliver the marketing strategy, ensuring that the Thrings brand is developed and the profile of the Firm raised. You will have oversight of the day-to-day running of all marketing streams with line management of two marketing executives to help you in the execution of the strategy.

To be our next Marketing Manager you’ll need to clearly demonstrate that you’ve got experience of:

  • Managing an array of marketing projects such as website upgrades, brand development, targeted campaigns
  • ROI analysis – to help us understand what is working – from events or marketing campaigns
  • Identification of digital trends – including competitor analysis
  • Leading on website development – improving the user experience
  • Managing budgets – you’ll be responsible for the team budget and signing off on expenditure
  • Management of CRM systems – to ensure we maximise our networks

There are some great opportunities to get involved in elevating Thrings’ presence in the market place, with a supportive team of talented people to ensure you achieve the plan in place.  Ideally you will have experience of working as a Marketing Manager within a law firm or within a Professional Services environment and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills.  Key to this will be your ability to deliver appropriately targeted, relevant content in the form of multi-channel campaigns. With experience of managing and developing a team, you will be able to effectively plan and budget.
