Head of HR
Are you looking for a new challenge heading up the Human Resources, Learning & Development and Recruitment functions for a leading wrap platform based in the City of London? Interested in working for a recently listed FTSE 250 Financial Services firm?
Reporting directly to the CEO, and a member of the senior management team you will be providing commercial human resource advice and guidance to the CEO, the executive and the senior management team on any HR issues that arise.
The major areas of responsibility are:
- Organisational development and planning
- Employee welfare and health, support and counselling
- Compliance with employment legislation
- HR policy development and documentation
- Employee relations
- Recruitment and selection
- Organisational culture, morale and motivation
- Employee communication
- Compensation, rewards and benefits
- Employee onboarding, development, and training
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Coaching and succession planning
You will be responsible for delivering best practice HR across the organisation whilst ensuring that the business continues to take a commercial approach. You will be involved in regulatory projects such as SM&CR and help shape the company’s culture and values and Code of Conduct.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with the Directors whilst still maintaining a hands on approach in your role and with the business and with the teams reporting to you.

If you are CIPD qualified, have substantial progressive leadership experience within HR; specialist knowledge of employee relations, employment law, policy and procedure setting, organisational planning and development and a proven track record of being a successful participant in the leadership team, we want to hear from you.
