If so, we are looking for a self-motivated, Creative Designer to join our Marketing team.

This position will give you exposure across the business as you work with various stakeholders in designing digital and print content in a way that is engaging and effective. You will be responsible for creating graphics as well as assisting with the production of video based content for both internal and external audiences.
Your general responsibilities will focus on designing and creating digital assets as well as managing existing designs. Your role will also involve production and ongoing management of content for our company Intranet which is available to all staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying the most effective way to deliver information and formulating creative solutions in accordance with company guidelines and in-house design standards.
- Help shape and promote the company’s brand through design of creative assets.
- Interacting and consulting with multiple stakeholders to achieve a common design goal
- Suggesting areas for improvement in pre-existing design works and providing general creative support to stakeholders within the business as and when requested.
- Support the Marketing team with the creation of assets to be used for external advertising and social media channels.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for their first role within Financial Services where they will be able to utilise their creativity and communication skills on a day-to-day basis. You will need the ability to work autonomously but also have the confidence to liaise with different business stakeholders and adapt your method and style of design to changing circumstances, situations and needs.
This vacancy would suit an individual who is a fast learner and has a Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field. Proficiency using the Adobe creative cloud suite, in particular Illustrator and Photoshop is essential and a background in Marketing would be desirable.
