The Vindis Group is seeking to appoint a Diagnostic Technician to join its team at Cambridge Audi.

As a Diagnostic Technician, you will be fully competent in the servicing and repairing of vehicles to the highest Manufacturer standards. As well as technical competence in the mechanics of a vehicle, you will also have the ability to put the customer central to your approach and be comfortable with repairing vehicles from a prestige brand. We would expect you to have thorough knowledge of the electrical components and be comfortable with using the latest diagnostic equipment to detect and diagnose faults and establish work required.
As you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team, you will need to have good interpersonal communication skills; and the ability to converse professionally and appropriately with customers and colleagues alike. You will be committed to continuing to develop your expertise, through self-directed learning; and attendance at both internal and external training events.
