The Vindis Group is seeking to appoint a Customer Advisor.

As a Customer Advisor, you will be key to delivering upon the Vindis Group’s ethos of Cherishing Customers.
As a team member within the Customer Hub (Head Office, Huntingdon), you will be responsible for answering incoming enquiries; and making outbound servicing and maintenance calls.
Your primary responsibilities will include: maintaining sufficient knowledge of all Volkswagen Group UK products and services; answering telephone enquiries promptly and professionally; and securing appointments in a courteous and efficient manner.
You will be an ambassador of the Vindis Brand; and, as such, you will be motivated to consistently deliver a high standard of customer care.
As this is a dynamic and target-driven environment, a passion for maintaining high standards is required. You will need to be a confident communicator; able to thrive upon your own initiative; and with the ability to meet deadlines.
