The Vindis Group is seeking to appoint an Aftersales Manager to join its team.

As an Aftersales Manager within the Vindis Group, you will be an integral member of the Management Team.

You will have proven experience of understanding how to define a vision and strategy; how to motivate, empower and inspire; how to lead team members to the achievement of objectives; and how to develop a departmental anatomy of high-performance and opportunity.
As a member of the Centre's Management Team you will be pivotal to the formulation and execution of business strategies. You will understand how to analyse your department's performance and how to evaluate its impact to the wider business.
