The Vindis Group is seeking to appoint a Business Manager to join its team at Bentley Cambridge.

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the finance and insurance related products and services that are offered within your business and for personally assisting the sales volume of the new and pre-owned sales departments.
You will report into the General Sales Manager; and, as such, will be an integral member of the Sales Management Team.
Your key responsibilities will include: ensuring finance and insurance related products and services are offered in accordance with governing standards and legislation; identifying and presenting relevant value adding products to customers; maintaining effective relationships with the Company’s finance houses and the Manufacturer’s representatives; ensuring all documentation is compiled and submitted in an accurate and timely manner; receipting customers’ vehicle deposits; coordinating the financial settlements of customers’ current vehicles; and undertaking any ongoing training that is required to ensure you remain competent in your role.
Personally, you should have good commercial awareness/business acumen, be focused upon the delivery of excellent customer experiences, have experience of working within the luxury sector and as part of a small yet high performing Sales team, be willing/able to comprehensively sell approximately 30-40 vehicles per annum, in addition to your Business Manager responsibilities.
