As a Central Sales Executive within the Vindis Group, you will be integral to the Company's vision of cherishing its customers. You will understand how to deliver an industry-leading purchase experience; which ensures that customers remain Ambassadors of the Vindis Group.
You will have the wants and needs of the customer at the forefront of your interactions, and you will understand how to translate these into appropriate products and services.
As excellent customer experiences are the responsiblity of everyone within the business, you will understand the importance of coordinating effectively within a team environment. You will, therefore, be considerate of colleagues and customers alike, and have a 'one business' mind-set.
Your principle responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the retail sales function in achieving budgeted sales volumes and contributions, by providing specialist advice, direction and negotiation skills
- Responding to customers promptly and efficiently, to maximise sales opportunities
- Identifying opportunities for vehicle sales and defining positive next actions in this regard
- Evaluating customers' buying experiences
- Participating in marketing initiatives, as required by Group Management, to attract incremental opportunities
