We are looking for customer service experts to help welcome people from all around the world into our iCentres, and to provide information and inspiration through a variety of channels.
Our iCentre staff around Scotland focus on delivering a fantastic experience for all our visitors. The successful candidate will join a team of experienced Visitor Services Advisors in providing outstanding customer service, detailed information on both their local area and Scotland, linking visitors with experiences and products which deliver amazing memories. The team promote sales through service and help the iCentre achieve commercial targets to ensure that we contribute to VisitScotland’s aim to grow tourism in Scotland.
We offer a competitive rate of pay of £8.94ph with a range of weekly hours available (minimum 10 hour contract). Our iCentres are open 7 days per week so you need to be flexible and willing to work as part of a team.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of Scotland
• Sales/Retail Experience
• Strong Numeracy Skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• IT proficiency
• Foreign languages
• Cash handling experience
• VisitScotland actively promotes the Gaelic language and an interest in the language or possession of Gaelic Language skills would be considered a desirable attribute in any prospective employee
