Day Support Worker – Brentwood, Essex £13.17ph


Typical shifts: Long days, 8am – 10pm

Our residential service in Brentwood is welcoming and friendly, and no two days are ever the same. You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by:

We’re looking for Support Workers with the right values and experience. At this service, you should:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Be resilient, flexible, and calm in your approach
  • Have experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans
  • Be confident in reflective practice
  • Have experience supporting individuals with:
    • Behaviours of distress
    • Mental health conditions
    • Autism
    • Forensic histories
    • Trauma backgrounds
