Night Support Worker – Clacton-on-Sea
£13.79 per hour
Shift pattern: 8:00pm – 8:00am
36 hours per week

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring and hands-on Female Night Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life for the people we support. As a Support Worker with us, you’ll support individuals to gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team.

Our supported living service in Clacton-on-Sea is welcoming and friendly, with no two days the same. You’ll be supporting people by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging access to the local community, and taking part in a range of activities. One day you could be out enjoying local bars and pubs, and the next you could be unwinding at home playing video games, watching films, or going to the cinema.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference—supporting individuals to build confidence and independence while achieving their personal goals, whether that’s cooking independently or going on holiday.

We’re looking for Support Workers with the right values and, ideally, experience. For this service, candidates should:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Be resilient, flexible, and composed in their approach
  • Have experience following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and reflective practice
  • Have experience supporting individuals with enhanced needs, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and trauma
