HR Advisor - Employee Relations

📍 Hybrid Working | Full Time | 37.5 Hours per Week

We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor - Employee Relations to join our supportive and fast-paced HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional who thrives on managing a varied caseload, partnering with managers, and ensuring best-practice people management across a growing organisation.

As a trusted advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting managers through a wide range of complex employee relations matters, helping to create fair, consistent and positive outcomes for colleagues and the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a diverse portfolio of employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Providing expert advice on disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management, probation reviews and flexible working requests.
• Supporting managers through investigations, hearings and outcome processes.
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies and HR best practice.
• Working closely with Occupational Health, ACAS and other external agencies where required.
• Assisting with employment tribunal preparation and complex case management.
• Coaching and supporting junior HR team members.
• Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from HR professionals who have:

✅ Previous experience managing a range of employee relations cases independently.

✅ Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

✅ Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

✅ The ability to balance competing priorities and manage a varied workload.

✅ Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

✅ Experience supporting managers in a multi-site environment would be advantageous.

✅ CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD is desirable.
