The Role

• Location: Datchworth Green
• Pay: £13.31 per hour
• Day shifts: 7am – 10pm
• Night shifts: 10pm–7am (waking nights)

What You'll Do

• Provide reassurance, encouragement and emotional support.
• Support personal care through verbal prompting.
• Promote choice, dignity and independence.
• Follow support plans and use trauma-informed approaches.
• Respond calmly and confidently to complex needs and behaviours.

What We're Looking For

You don't need previous care experience. We're looking for someone compassionate, reliable and resilient, with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

You'll receive specialist interventions, trauma-informed and mandatory training before the service opens, with ongoing development throughout your role.
