We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker within our service, you will be supporting a young female in their own home, this will include taking her out in the community and having fun active days out.

We are looking for a person that is fond of cats and would be willing to help our person we support with caring for them, so being an animal lover would be a great advantage.

We are looking for a support worker who can offer a calm, nurturing presence and build a strong, trust-based relationship. The person we support responds best to individuals who take on a mature, steady, and mentoring role; someone who can offer patience, reassurance, and a caring, consistent approach.

This role does require experience and what you need is a passion for enhancing the quality of life for the people we support, a desire to learn and a genuine caring attitude. This is an amazing role for someone who is looking for a professional role within the mental health sector and looking for progression within their career. We have flexible shift patterns available to you weather you are looking for days or nights.
