Planner/Senior Planner (Development Management)
Starting salary £37,080-£44,831pa (planner) or £44,832-£48,708pa (senior planner) .
Full time – 37 hours with flexible, hybrid working arrangements
Office base: Kings Court Council Offices, King’s Lynn
We are looking for a Planner or Senior Planner to join our talented teams.
Planner
We’re looking for someone with a degree in Town Planning, with at least two years relevant work experience and eligible for full membership of the RTPI. You can progress through to Senior Planner with training and experience gained on the job.
Senior Planner
We’re looking for a fully-qualified Planner with RTPI Membership and at least three years post-qualification experience at a Planner level. We need someone who can carry out the more complex casework (including major development) and deal with all types of appeal.
For either level we’re looking for team players who have excellent communication and customer care skills and an enthusiasm for gaining experience in all aspects of urban, coastal and rural planning.
