Administrative & Enquiry Assistant
Salary between £24414 and £28152 per annum (plus cost of living increase)
Based at Regis Place Offices, King’s Lynn
We have an opportunity for a motivated and customer‑focused individual to join our Care and Repair Team, supporting the delivery of invaluable home improvement services that help people live independently, safely and with dignity. This role is the first point of contact for our service, responding to telephone and written enquiries from clients, partners and professionals, and ensuring each person receives a responsive, supportive and informative service.
You will play a key role in promoting the Home Improvement Agency, explaining available services, booking appointments and maintaining accurate records. Working in a busy and varied office environment, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, using a range of computer systems to manage enquiries, appointments, payments and documentation while delivering excellent customer care at all times.
You will have strong administrative experience, confident IT skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be organised, adaptable and able to work accurately under pressure. In return, you will be part of a team doing meaningful work that directly improves the health, wellbeing and independence of our local community.
