Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid (Office: West Bromwich)

The West Brom are looking to recruit a Campaign Executive to join our Campaigns Team. As a Campaign Executive you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering community marketing and social initiatives to help us build a strong brand awareness in our heartlands.
The Campaign Executive is responsible for delivering regional marketing and social initiatives that enhances brand awareness and community engagement to support our purpose led vision and mission. This role involves managing charity partnerships, organising Society-wide fundraising events, writing community-related communications, coordinating the production of the Society's impact report, contributing to the Annual Report & accounts, and managing our volunteering programme.
What the role will look like:
Regional marketing campaigns, projects, and community communications:
- Develop and implement regional marketing/social campaigns and projects that deliver community engagement and build regional brand awareness.
- Plan and execute social initiatives that align with the Society's goals and values, ensuring our customers know who we are, what we offer, and how we contribute to the West Midlands and local communities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign/projects execution.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and social initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage budgets and timelines for regional marketing and social projects.
- Develop and distribute community-related communications for internal and external audiences.
- Ensure consistent and effective messaging that reflects our mission and values.
Charity partnerships:
- Identify and establish partnerships with local charities.
- Manage relationships with charity partners to ensure successful collaboration and mutual benefit.
Fundraising and volunteering:
- Organise and oversee Society-wide fundraising events.
- Record volunteer hours and activities, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Track all community, fundraising, and social initiatives, reporting against agreed metrics.
- Gather and interpret data, ensuring appropriate and timely reporting for key stakeholders, committees and reports.
Governance and Social Reporting:
- Draft and coordinate content for governance and social reporting for key Society documentation, including the impact report and elements of the Annual Report and Accounts.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant permissions, data and stories
What you will bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in community engagement, managing social initiatives or volunteering programmes.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Adept in monitoring and reporting on metrics across various initiatives.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills in crafting compelling and engaging content.
- Ability to create polished and impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- Tenacious, proactive, and driven with a good sense of urgency.
