Complex Assistant
Duration: Permanent
Location: The Dell, Lowther Homes
Work pattern: 15 hours per week, 2 days per week with shifts between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Sunday
Salary: £9,828 per annum

About the role
As our Complex Assistant, you will want to make a difference to the lives of the tenants in The Dell and understand that having a good environment to live in is very important to tenants. You will be the link between tenants and their housing provider. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Complex, including cleaning, reporting repairs and managing health and safety.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of working with older people
- Ability to work on an individual basis or part of a team
- Excellent Inter-personal skills
- Willingness to be adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of The Dell
- Ability to contribute to identification of own training needs
- Experience of providing a cleaning service
- Experience in organising own workload to achieve priorities and objectives
- Basic IT skills such as using e-mail and word processing
The successful candidate will be required to join the PVG membership scheme.
