What you will be doing:
Our Customer Contact Centre teams ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered on every call. You’ll answer customer queries and provide our customers with relevant information on our products and services; always making sure that the customer and their best interests are at the heart of what you do.
This role pays circa £18,300 + Bonus & Benefits (depending on experience).
Working pattern: 35 hours per week between the hours of 8am - 8pm & Saturdays 9am - 12pm.

To give you the best possible start you’ll spend your first 5 weeks in our training academy, giving you the skills and knowledge you’ll need to be able to help our clients.
The Knowledge & Skills you’ll have:
Full training is often provided so we’re not looking for specific qualifications, it’s more important that you have the right attitude and are keen to learn. That said there are a few attributes we’d like you to demonstrate:
A proven track record in delivering a fantastic customer experience
Experience of working in a contact centre is ideal
Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers of all backgrounds
Excellent communication skills ; you’ll be able to build strong relationships with all our customers and with other colleagues across the society
An understanding of and passion for good customer service
An ability to work with limited supervision – you’ll need to be a self-starter
Excellent attention to detail
Strong administration and PC skills
GCSE Maths & English or equivalent
Financial Services industry knowledge (desirable, but not essential as training will be provided)
