As our next Agile Coach you’ll lead YBS in its cultural and technical adoption of Agile practices and principles to allow more nimble delivery of change through acting as a Coach and Practitioner for the personal and professional development and implementation of Agile delivery practices. You’ll join a likeminded team in our Leeds based Transformation function.
What You'll Do
Shape the Agile delivery framework whilst supporting its adoption across the business
Operate as a Practitioner and Coach for the utilisation of Agile across the YBS change portfolio and business community
Deliver hands-on coaching where needed in all aspects of scrum - daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, etc.
Provide Agile leadership coaching and training to Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Testers and functional managers and executives.
Create a multi departmental Agile Community of Practice including implementation of best practices, continuous improvement, Lessons Learned, recommendations and development of capabilities. This would include the identification, negotiation and management of any Agile partners including ownership of the supplier relationship.
How You’ll Do It
You’ll have a recognised professional Agile Certification/Qualification (or equivalent)
You will draw on your experience of coaching and developing effective Agile teams (particularly when moving from Waterfall to Agile delivery methods)
By using your advanced presentation, facilitation, communication and influencing skills up to Board Level.
By drawing on your knowledge of industry recognised Agile Tools that support delivery planning and communications
