Our Inclusion Strategy and Agenda is broader than just the above programme, and we have made great strides in creating and building an inclusive culture at YBS. We’re now looking for someone to come and join our Talent, Resourcing and Inclusion team as one of our Leads for 9 months, to primarily focus on driving the next phases of our Inclusion activation, and Bradford for Everyone Implementation plan. The wider team is responsible for developing and implementing effective propositions and models which deliver the Group’s Resourcing Strategy, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Emerging Talent and Inclusion, so there are also opportunities to contribute to our wider Resourcing Strategy and delivery.
What You'll Do
Build connections and work in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders to continue the activation our Inclusion strategy, key initiatives and ‘Bradford for Everyone’ implementation plan
Work with the Talent, Resourcing and Inclusion Leads to ensure that Inclusion continues to be weaved through all of our programmes, enhancing the lens on the interventions we create.
Provide expertise on and delivery of key Inclusion initiatives, and work in partnership with the business to deliver pro-active and value add Resourcing, Talent and Inclusion interventions.
Due to the specific projects that need to be delivered over the 9 months we need someone with previous experience of delivering Inclusion plans in a large environment, where customers and colleagues are a key focus.
You’ll also need
Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills, as building effective internal and external relationships is pivotal to the role.
Brilliant influencing skills with the ability to take people on a journey and support cultural change
Ideally previous experience in a People division Centre of Excellence like Resourcing, Talent, OD.
Previous experience of operating in an environment that has been through large organisational and cultural change
