It’s a fantastic way to mix learning and development with hands-on work and real-life projects. You’ll earn at the same time, too. And because we see you as one of our future leaders, we’ll make sure you have everything you need to help you complete the programme, gain a recognised professional qualification, and move into an exciting future within our Customer team.
About the Programme
During the programme, you'll rotate across a number of departments every 6 months to help you build a good understanding of how far customer service reaches across our business, and the impact they have on delivering a positive experience for our customers, no matter how they choose to access our products and services.
You'll gain knowledge in regulatory, legal and compliance issues. You'll get valuable experience in financial systems and processes. And you'll develop skills in customer relationship management, teamwork, problem solving, and more.
Which means that when it comes to helping us deliver a warm welcome and an exceptional customer experience, we’ll give you the green light to imagine it, do it, and love it.
In order to get the most out of the programme you will spend some time working in our Head Office at Yorkshire Drive, as well as some time in one or more of our local branches. The branches include Bradford, Shipley, Keighley and Leeds.
To join the programme, you’ll need to be over 18 with lots of motivation, a thirst for knowledge, and education to GCSE level. And whether you’re fresh out of school or college, or you’re looking for a career change, you’ll have our supportive and inclusive culture behind you every step of the way. Whoever you are and whatever your background.
