We don’t need you to be a whizz in financial services to apply for our Customer Specialist role. We love that our colleagues come from a whole range of customer service backgrounds. As a Customer Specialist you’ll be at the forefront of getting to know our members and championing the best products and services for them. Resilient, driven and naturally inquisitive, you’ll ask the right questions and work hard to provide the right solution to all kinds of queries. At YBS we don’t have sales targets, you’ll be given the autonomy to do what’s right for our members and provide real help with real life.

At our Llandudno Branch, we’re always looking for ways to give the best customer experience, make things more efficient and try new things.
