As a Customer Solutions Administrator (internally known as Customer Relations Administrator) on a 6 month contract, you’ll support the team with administrative tasks, ensuring they are carried out on time and in line with our policy and regulatory requirements. You’ll join a likeminded team in our Bradford based Customer Solutions department.
What You'll Do
In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure that compensation cheques are raised and recorded and work effectively with other teams within the Customer Service function when required.
You’ll take ownership that any new complaints that come into the team through a telephone call or letter are logged and registered accurately in accordance with our procedures and FCA regulations.
You’ll be required to raise purchase orders for invoices ensuring that providers/contractors are paid on time. Invoices and payments will also need to be reconciled to make sure these are accurate before being actioned.
You'll support the team by administering tasks ensuring our vulnerable customer accounts are up to date and accurate.
A big part of this role is to offer general support by dealing with incoming calls and monitoring the complaints inbox. To allow the team to run as efficiently as possible, you may need to support with other administrative tasks.
