Whether it is working in one of our call centres in our Bradford Head Office or in one of our Branches which are located around the UK, our Customer roles are a vital part of our Business. We want to provide a leading customer experience for all and you could become a part of that.

For any role within our Customer function you will be dealing with different Customers either face to face or over the phone. We also have roles where you still deal with Customers but in more of an administrative support way.

Head Office Customer Support
In our head office roles you will be working within one of our call centres where you will support our customer predominately over the phone and will act as a first point of contact for them. You will spend time in our contact centre where you help support our customers as a first point of call. You will also spend time in our Mortgages department where the types of call may be a little more complex.

Branch Customer Support
In our branch roles you will support our customers face to face with the majority of your time being spent talking to customer and helping them with their needs, talking through their financial situation, identifying what their needs are and matching them up with exactly the right product.

Whilst working in your role you will also complete a Senior Customer Service Advisor Level 3 Apprenticeship whilst gaining your Certificate in Retail Banking Conduct of Business. Typically this will take 18-24 months to complete.

What you’ll need
Ideally for any of our customer service apprenticeship roles you will have some strong GCSE results (ideally A-C or 9-4) and you will also need excellent Customer Service skills and good attention to detail.
