In this role you'd get to be part of this and help to improve how we protect our customers and colleagues! We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Crime Change Specialist to join us.

This is a hybrid role with a blend of remote working at least 2 times per month our Bradford office.


About the role


As Financial Crime Change Specialist, you will -


  • Lead financial crime engagement in change activities across YBS, assess and manage the financial crime risk inherent in change, recommend suitable controls

  • Support projects across the business to deliver changes to our policies, processes and systems whilst managing the associated financial crime risks

  • Carry out risk assessments on all change from a financial crime perspective and provide SME input for changes and carry out post implementation reviews


About you


This is a busy role! You could be managing multiple changes at the same time. This includes having multiple deadlines and conflicting priorities, so it’s really important that you are very organised and can manage your time and prioritise your workload. You’ll also not be afraid to push back or speak up if you do not have capacity to take on more tasks.


With a proven track record in a similar role, you will -

  • Be a Financial Crime SME so that you can advise the business and make recommendations

  • Have demonstrable experience in supporting and managing projects, preferably within a financial crime setting

  • Have experience in delivering and leading changes to drive customer and colleague improvements

  • Be a proactive and ambitious person with clear demonstrable stakeholder management skills
