About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Asset Investment Manager - Decarbonisation to take a leading role in delivering the WH:SHF retrofit project. This is a fixed-term opportunity until March 2028, giving you the chance to make a tangible impact on a major government-funded sustainability initiative in social housing.
What you’ll do:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of a government-funded retrofit project
Act as the key contact for DESNZ, contractors, and internal teams
Supervise a small team, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance
Coordinate on-site activities and ensure the project stays on track
Promote a customer-first, community-driven approach
What you’ll bring:
Proven project management experience in housing, energy, or retrofit
Strong stakeholder, budget, and contract management skills
Understanding of retrofit standards (e.g. PAS 2035), WH:SHF
HNC in Construction or equivalent
Project or retrofit qualifications
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
