While data centre experience is beneficial for some positions, it's not always essential. We regularly welcome professionals from sectors such as commercial buildings, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, industrial, energy and other complex infrastructure environments.
We're often just as interested in your technical capability, mindset and potential as we are in direct sector experience.

What does your interview process look like?addremove
The process will vary depending on the role, however it typically includes an initial review of your application followed by a MS Teams Interview and then a F2F in the office with members of the hiring team.
For some technical positions, we may include a technical discussion or assessment to better understand your experience and approach. Throughout the process, we'll make sure you know what to expect and who you'll be meeting.
