At Eden Futures, we’re committed to empowering people to lead fulfilling, independent lives. We provide high-quality supported living services for individuals with learning or physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, autism, or mental health conditions.
As of April 2026, Complesso, a respected supported living provider for adults across the West Midlands, proudly joined the Eden Futures Group. Together, we expand our reach and impact, united by a shared vision for compassionate and person-centred support.
Our team of over 2,300 dedicated professionals is at the heart of everything we do. In May 2025, we were honoured to receive Investors in People Platinum accreditation – the highest recognition of our commitment to our values, leadership, wellbeing, and the continuous development of our staff. It reflects our workforce culture of inclusion, collaboration, and listening to every voice within our company.
