About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and supportive Physiotherapist to join our dedicated therapy team, working across two key services: the Community Adult Therapy Service and the Long-Term Neurology Physiotherapy Outpatients Team here on the beautiful Isle of Man. You will spend 2.5 days each week working within both of these services.

In this role, you will provide high-quality physiotherapy assessments and interventions for community patients in their own homes, addressing a wide range of medical, orthopaedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. You will also work within an outpatient setting, supporting patients with various neurological conditions. Using your clinical expertise, you will make diagnoses, determine appropriate care pathways, communicate effectively with patients and families, and refer to other agencies as needed. Following thorough assessments, you will deliver evidence-based treatment programs and advice tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

You will work closely with other physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and the wider multidisciplinary team to provide collaborative, patient-focused care. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, offering you a unique professional challenge in a supportive environment.
