Are you passionate about providing excellent customer care and supporting patient services?
As an Administration Officer within Children's Therapy Services, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for patients, offering a high standard of reception and secretarial support to ensure the smooth running of the department. Whether it’s managing appointments, answering queries, or helping patients feel at ease, your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference in enhancing patient care and experience.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our clinical staff by handling a variety of administrative tasks, and liaise with other departments and external services, helping ensure efficient care delivery. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks with ease, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you!
The working pattern for this role is Tuesday to Thursday 9:30AM to 2:30PM, and Friday 9:30AM to 3:00PM, all days include a 30 minute unpaid break.
