The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (“the Authority”) regulates firms engaged in financial activities, including insurance, pensions, banking, investments, fiduciary services and fund administration. The Authority is also responsible for supervision of anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) compliance for those involved in the financial sector as well as a range of other Designated Businesses, and oversight of compliance with the Beneficial Ownership Act 2017.


AML DATA ANALYST – AML/CFT SUPERVISION DIVISION

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the effective supervision of firms’ compliance with the Island’s AML/CFT/CFP framework through conducting rigorous data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies, and providing actionable insights to support the Authority's risk-based supervisory framework. This role involves utilising advanced data analytics techniques to enhance the detection and prevention of financial crime, ensuring the integrity and stability of the Isle of Man's financial system in accordance with international standards and local legislation.

Experience of data analysis and working with databases and statistical reporting platforms is essential, and experience of working in the financial services sector in a compliance, risk, audit or assurance role is desirable.
