About the role

Do you enjoy organising information and solving problems behind the scenes?

As a HR Administrator within the People Information Programme (PiP) Project Team, you will support the improvement in data quality, management information and engagement with PiP across the Departments and Boards & Offices.

Joining the Office of Human Resources (OHR), you will be part of a central service that is vital in supporting employees and leaders across all Isle of Man Government functions, participating in the review of the data and structure of PiP to improve and manage change, along with assisting the Project Team in promoting the use of PiP across Isle of Man Government.
