About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) to join the Isle of Man Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC). In this crucial role, you will provide one-to-one support to individuals affected by sexual violence, guiding them through the justice system, helping them access services, and offering emotional and practical support at every stage.

You’ll be there for clients as they navigate the process, ensuring they feel heard, safe, and empowered. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of those who need it most.
